[DXBase] 2003???

I wonder if someone could tell me what the compelling reasons are (other
than to stay current) that I would want to upgrade?
Even if I don't, or wait a couple revisions, the cost is reasonable
enough that for $45 I could wait and still buy a new copy rather than
pay $35 several times.

Is there a list of enhancements in this version somewhere?
