[DXBase] Need Some County Hunter help?

I am not sure but from all that I have heard, Alaska doesn't even have
counties, just districts and only 4 of them. The callbooks seem to
list one thing and the countiy hunters web site says another and nethier of
them agree with DXBase. The county hunters web sit list only the following.
Alaska           4 Counties        
1st (SE)        2nd (NW)        3rd (SC)        4th (C)
