[DXBase] One more time about the call sign

OK.... I've got this all changed EXCEPT...   on the opening screen when it
comes up   "This program is registered to XXXXX"    I can't figure out how
to change the call sign there!    Anyone have an idea?   Do I have to
reinstall???
