[DXBase] Need HELP on address label error mesage

Hi:

I've read and re-read the HELP menu and still cannot find the info I need.

When I select a QSO and then click on Address label, I get an error message that says:
"Field ADRLABEL.adr  cannot be a zero length string" 

What does this mean??

What can I do to correct the problem so I will not get this message in the future?
