[DXBase] Previous QSO's

I am having some cockpit trouble and would appreciate some assistance.  
Sometimes when I click on a Internet Spot my previous QSOs appear in the 
previous QSO window.  Other times it does not.  I find this a very useful 
tool and wonder what I am doing wrong so that every time I click on a 
Internet call sign spot that the information does not appear in the previous 
QSO window?  Thank you.
