[DXBase] Learned something about contest mode

I had turned contest mode on for the AA(All Asian CW) contest.

Noticed that qso's I have made subsequent were getting the notes field
populated with the '02 AA CW'

Guess you have to remember to turn the contest mode OFF when it's over.
Duh!
