[DXBase] ADIF Import problem DXbase 2003

All is well now. There is a patch for non-dxbase imports for DXB2003. Bill W9OL 
got me lined out, installed the patch and all is well. I've used DXbase for 
about 8 years and it's still the best. Keep up the good work Jack and crew!!
