[DXBase] How to populate from CD ROM???

I've been having a problem.  Running DXBase 2002 with my ICOM 756PRO.  I am a new user and can't seem to figure out how t=
o get Name and QTH fields to populate a listing from the Radio Amateur Call Book CD Rom.  I've read the manual and still =
can't seem to find what I'm missing.

Anyone have an idea for me??
