[DXBase] Summary window question

I have been updating my QSO records and find many instances where a country
(prefix) is confirmed but the summary window shows sometimes no "x" for
anyband much less a "c" for confirmed.  Yet if when you select the
binoculars view, the contact is shown and the cfm box has a check in it.

I have found this to be the case for quite a few countries.

I have also noted a significant difference in DXCC totals as shown in the
awards data base as compared to those in the HF numeric summary listing.
