[DXBase] FCC Callsign Data and DXBase

Has anyone been able to "rig" DXbase to use the FCC callsign database =
you can download (free) instead of one of the QRZ, etc CDs?=A0 The data =
appears to be separated in the *.dat files in the FCC version by the =
pipe (|).=A0=20
