[DXBase] It's abt time......dxcc

Greetings All, I thought today I'd get everything ready and apply
for DXCC, I have more than enough confirmed to do so.

I've read the "help files" for DX_Base awards and thought I'd correctly
set my
user options........guess not.

DX_Base tells me: No Records For Submissions were identified!!

Well talk abt being depressed..............hi hi

Wonder what the heck I'm doing wrong??

Suggestions are most welcome.
