[DXBase] CW keyer problems

 Hello all,
 
 Im having a problem with dxbase (2002), i cant get it the cw interface to
 work at all, I use the same interface cable that is describe on the help
 files and followed the steps on the manual, and it works with no problems
 with other windows based logging software (i.e writelog). the interface is
 connected to port 6 which is part of my rockeport usb - serial adapter. I
 have the rig control on com 5 on the same device and it works fine... any
 one can share any tips? or what im doing wrong?
