[DXBase] Problem with Lat, Long, Callsign in Summary

Jack:

After I enter a callsign in the QSO log, why can't the software decide if it is a US callsign and
automatically go from "HF Country"  to  "HF-US States" since the software already knows which
callsigns are for US States.  

Having to remember to switch back and forth from "HF Countries" to "HS-States" is a real pain in
the A - -("antenna")
