[DXBase] ERROR IMPORTING FROM DXB 2000

I have installed DXBase 2002 and am trying to Import data from a backup
CD copied from my previous version of DXBase 2000.

I am using the DXB Import.  My source is the mbd file from the CD rom drive
from my backup and target is the new mbd file created from the installation.

Problem:  When I  start the import I get a message that the sorce file is
already
opened exclusively by another user, or I need permission to view it's data.

What did I miss?
