[DXBase] New User

[NL7ZL]

Hello, I just got DXBase and installed it and am playing with it.  Got
it to connect to the Internet DX cluster without a problem.  What I do
not understand is the why it is only showing some of the DX spot with
the check mark to indicate that I need this country, etc.  Since I
have no calls logged I would think it would show every DX Cluster call
as a needed one.
