[DXBase] US State Summary

Well that's a bit inconvenient when trying to log a qso. since all the other
windows are disabled when you have the output box up.

Are there any plans to move to a "floating" window approach for DxBase?

	Go to Output, HF Numeric Statistics and select US States, it's all there.

Is there anyway to get either the summary window or any other window to let
you know if you need a particular state on a particular band. The summary
window just shows you that you've worked a US callsign on a particular band.
I just can't remember what states I need on what band and want to filter
that.
