[DXBase] DX Info Window, not working

Hello Tom and list,
  Generally the brief connection followed by the "Goodbye OM..etc"
occurs here if I have previously lost the connection and try to
re-connect before the cluster has cleared my previous connection.  In
these cases I have always then been able to re-connect and stay
connected.
  BTW all across the internet, and not just telnet DX cluster,
connections come and go seemingly magically.  I  have found though that
since switching to cable modem "always on" service I rarely get
disconnected now....
