[DXBase] DX Info Window, not working

Yup.

That was it.

I saw the "Save all DX Spots", and "Save Needed Spots"
and knew I didn't want to Save either since I always
"Empty Entries" before shutting down DXBase.

SO, I checked "DO NOT Use", thinking it was: Do Not
Save the Spots, a feature I hadn't seen that would
save me from "emptying" the spots whenever I shut down
DXBase.
