[DXBase] DX Info Window, not working

I loaded WinXP; loaded DXBase2002

Everything worked fine.

DX Infor Window stopped getting infor from spots.

I re-loaded DXbase2002--still no info in Info window.

I re-loaded WinXP--still no info in the Infor window.

What should I try next?

PS: I can't get over how FAST DXBase loads now with
XP, 3-4 seconds and it is running!
