[DXBase] DXBase2002 and Rotor EZ

I made these changes and still can't get my Yaesu G-2800SDX to turn.

I check my setting in DXBase2002 and found that they are all the same as
yours
except that I have a radio button set to character not byte or integer which
are the other options.

Rotor E-Z works fine here with DXbase.
