[DXBase] eQSL's now - ACCEPTED - for ARRL - DXCC

Hello Richard,
   I have "told the whole story".  Until today's official ARRL ruling by
Bill Moore at the DXCC Desk
eQSL's in any form were - not - acceptable, whether they were printed or
not, made no difference. But now all that has changed....

  I will not be addressing this issue any further in the DXBase list.
My original post was simply a newsflash I knew would be of interest to
DXbase users since so many of them do chase DX and the various ARRL
awards.
