[DXBase] Use of UserPort for CW on LPT with XP

I know the subject of CW using an LPT port with XP has been discussed
before, and I apologize if I've missed the answer to the question below.

I just got the program UserPort working with Writelog to key LPT1 with XP.
Here's the Writelog reference:

Can DXbase do the same thing?

(I do have a COM port available but I was too lazy to redo my ancient LPT
plug/cable setup.)
