[DXBase] label designer, how to rotate text

Here is how you rotate text in the label designer...

1.  Create Text object
2.  Double-click on Text object
3.  From the 2 tabs ("Paragraph" and "Object" properties), select Object 
Properties.  
Text orientation is selected in the section on the lower right-hand side.
