[DXBase] SERIAL NUMBERS IN CONTEST

I THOUGHT there was a symbol you could put in a cw buffer that would send
the current serial number.
I know the @ symbol will send the callsign in the log line but thought I
remember something for the cw serial number.

Check help file to no avail.
