Phil,
There are a couple ways to accomplish this. One is as you suggest....
locate the QSO in your log and click on that QSO to make it current, then
click the QSO label ICON. This will store the QSO info into the Pending
Label database. You can view Pending Label info from the Pending Label
icon.
A second way is to use the Previous QSO module. Bring up the Previous QSO
module, enter the callsign and press enter. This would display all Qs with
that call. Click on the one you want a label for and the click the label
button. This stores the QSO info into the pending label database.
Anothe way is to type the info directly into the Pending Label database
window.
Since SWLs probably will use a different label design as compared to regular
QSO labels, you may wish to set up a special group number when saving SWL
label info. You can do this from user options. Or, you could just not
worry about this and instead just save the label info business as usual and
then, open the Pending label database and change the group number for any
SWLs that are in there.
The advantage of assigning a special group number is that when you actually
print the labels, you can specify the group number to be printed. This way,
only those pending labels with that group number would be printed.
Regards,
Courtney

Subject: [DXBase] SWL labels
hi,
I don't know yet how to print SWL labels the best way.
Monthly we receive our QSL at the club meeting.
From time to time I have a SWL'er who likes a qsl card on a QSO he
monitored.
First step, I (re)designed a SWL label to use with my printer.
What's next, do I look for the QSO in my log, can I just set it for a
pending label and what happens when I want to print it with the rest, how
can I determe that this label will be printed for the exact QSO ?
Thanks for ur help.
