[DXBase] lost transmit window

[FireBrick]

I had that special type of window.
Transmit on one side and previous qso's on the other.
Somehow I grabbed it and ended up with just the previous qso portion across
the whole width of the screen.
I can figure out how to get the transmit portion back.

Looked through the help and am missing the clue that tells me how..
