[DXBase] dual monitor video card

I am very satisfied with DXbase on my 19" monitor which I have set to a
resolution of 1152X864. The resolution is odd, I know, but my 4-year-old
Dell supports it. (I bet it would be super on an 18" LCD flat panel, but
that will have to wait.)
I'll send a 64K ZIP copy of the 2.8M .bmp (Paint) file to anyone wanting to
look at it. I don't claim it's remarkable, just that it works for me.

I have been running two monitors and two video cards for some time on
Win 98. I have DXBase opened across both screens. You can gives more
room to the individual windows you are interested in. Works great!
BTW - Win 98 allows up to 9 monitors arranged in a 3x3 array. Win XP
has several interesting features that have to do with multi-monitors.

For you people who don't have enough monitor screen space.
The Sun, Dec 9, Best Buy newspaper ad flyer is showing a Radieon Dual
port video card with TV output for sale. Good Price. And the note says
it comes in both AGP and PCI versions available.
This critter will allow a single computer to power 2 monitors and you
can space Writelog windows across both monitors or move the different
windows to other monitors. Win98 is required for dual monitor support. I
'believe' it is compatible with that 20" LCD display your wives/husbands
told Santa to bring you for Xmas.
