[DXBase] LSB not selected & memory channel logging

Hello,

I have two questions about some issues I've found in DX Base 2003.

1) If I click on an Internet spot for a station using LSB on 40, 80 or 160, 
the radio QSY's to the appointed frequency, but the mode remains USB. Any 
idea why?

2) I keep a number of popular DX frequencies in memory (i.e. 14.195, etc) 
on my TS-570D. Whenever I start a log entry of a station that I find on a 
memory frequency, DX Base logs the VFO frequency, NOT the 
currently-selected memory channel, as soon as I TAB off of the callsign box.

Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing which changes either of these 
behaviours?
