[DXBase] Changes needed for K1B to show as Baker Is and NOT USA ???

Hi Firebrick:

Your advice and help was very timely. 

Earlier today I used your advice on getting DXbase ready for K1B.

Now I just worked him and DXbase logged it correctly as KH1.
