To pull up a custom award when entering a QSO, the QSO has to "qualify" for that award. In this case, assuming that TOTA is Tower On The Air, the rules seem to indicate that only towers located in OK (Czech Republic) count, and if I put something like OK1ABC into the callsign field, I can pull up the TOTA award. If I use anything else, I can't.
However, the rules (https://wwtota.com/rules/) seem a little unclear as to whether the tower is required to be in OK. On the rules page, it says "European Lookout Towers is a ham radio award program combining radio activity and discovering Czech observation towers.", specifically calling out only Czech towers. However, on the main page it says "The project was created in the Czech Republic but has already crossed borders and is gradually expanding into other countries.", which seems to indicate that towers in other countries might be allowed.
I'll defer to Jim, AD1C as the custom awards guru to see if this can (or should) be adjusted.
The reason why you can pull up TOTA in the Reports section is that doesn't rely on a specific callsign.

Subject: [Dx4win] awards
Hello everyone,
I have a problem in DX4WIN. In the “Custom Award” window, I cannot select the “TOTA” award, for example, because it does not appear in the list.
However, in the “Report Generator”, under “Award Custom”, I can select TOTA and I can see the different TOTAs in all countries.
Am I doing something wrong, or is this normal?
I would like to ask this again, because so far no solution has been found.
I am still experiencing problems when entering a custom award. When I use it for the first time to enter the custom award and its value, there is no problem. It is only on the second and subsequent attempts to enter a value for the custom award that I consistently have to wait three to four seconds before I can select a value.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Mark
