[Dx4win] FT4 Logging Issue off Line

Dave, If you don't find it log it like data,  
All these stupid things are caused by those ADIF bureaucrats that think they
are smarter than all the rest.

There are only 4 Modes CW - PHONE - IMAGE and all digital modes count for
DATA, 
everyday week there is a new digital mode but at the end it all counts for
Data .... ..

I was just trying to add  a QSO off line that required FT4 mode.  I do not
see FT4mode listed. Just FT8 in mode listings.
