[Dx4win] FT4 Logging Issue off Line

For reasons known only to the folks who figure out modes, to select FT4 you
need to first select MFSK as the mode then FT4 as a submode.

I was just trying to add  a QSO off line that required FT4 mode.  I do not
see FT4mode listed. Just FT8 in mode listings.
