[Dx4win] New Computer Setup for Windows 11

So I got DX4WIN 9 installed onto the new laptop.
I compared all the settings for my IC-7300 between the old and new computer
but F9 is not reading the data from the radio. I can use the drop down
menu  under Radio and set the frequency.
In the file\preferences\radio tab in the old computer there is a Notes for
radio "By SM7IUN (NB! Enable USB Echo)"
In the new computer it says "VFO-A & VFO-B"

Interesting that WSJT-x works fine on the new Win 11 machine.
