Don't forget that the data updates have been coming from Jim, AD1C, who not
only supports DX4WIN but the entire ham community with his updates.

Yes, we get the updates on countries, etc. I do those updates ....as do you
and probably most or all the others on here. What these folks are talking
about....is actual NEW features. That hasn't happened in MANY years. Yes,
they keep the awards, countries, membership lists, etc...up to date with
updates. But they don't do new features and that's what we're talking about
here. New features or new versions. Not updates of country lists, etc. I'm
sure all (that are current) are also running 9.09.1259.

Some (me too) would like to see actual new versions. New features...like
many of the other newer logging programs have. But Paul has for whatever
reason chosen not to do that. Might not be enough return on investment?
Anyway, that's why I (and others) use other more modern logging programs to
get those features we're referring to. Do I use DX4WIN every day (I'm on the
radio)? Heck ya'. But I do wish they'd bring out new feature to match
others....but that's why I supplement with HRD logging. And have the two
linked..........................best of both worlds.............
