[Dx4win] digital mode FT8

If FT8 is in the spot comment, and your Station configuration has FT8
enabled, then the spot will be recognized by DX4WIN as a digital spot.
DX4WIN can't infer the mode from a specific frequency (14074, 21074,
etc.).  This doesn't work for FT4, unfortunately, because FT4 is a
submode of MFSK, and not a mode in and of itself.  This would require
a software fix to DX4WIN.
