[Dx4win] Last "new country"

Congratulations Brian!

Maybe it's time to learn how to use Selection in dx4win. You can make a 
selection which starts after this morning and make them again! Don't 
forget work Bouvet for your first dxcc entity!!!

Unfortunately I never listened my last dxcc entity as this was Kingmann 
Reef and I got HR1 when it came out of dxcc list... Sad...
