Hello Luc,
The best way to do this is to never enter a date. DX4WIN, LoTW, and TQSL
all keep track of when and what you upload and download, and will
automatically take only new QSOs or QSLs. Let the programs do the work for
you.

Subject: [Dx4win] Confirm LoTW using ADIF file
Hello everyone.
I'm writing again about a topic I mentioned some time ago, and despite
advice from some colleagues, it didn't work, and I couldn't find a solution.
I'm referring to QSL confirmation through LoTW.
When checking the LoTW Look app for Android, I see that some new entities
have been confirmed on bands or modes that weren't previously available, for
example, VJ2L, TZ4AM, VU22DX, etc.
I go to the LoTW website, to "Your QSOs/Download Report," and by default, it
shows the current date, which is today, June 26, 2026. I check the boxes
"Include QSL details:" and "(May significantly increase the size of the
downloaded file)" and then "Download Report." I save it to my hard drive,
and then, using DX4WIN, I go to the LoTW tab and select "Confirm LoTW using
ADIF file."
I checked my DX4WIN after that operation, and those callsigns are still
unconfirmed.
I repeated the same operation, but when generating the report in LoTW, I
configured "Show QSLs received from: 01/01/2026" and generated the report
again. I uploaded it to DX4WIN, and this time those QSOs appeared as
confirmed. Is this normal? Should I always generate a report for at least a
year?
Greetings to all.
