[Dx4win] DX4WN and Yaesu 991A

Paolo, yo estoy utilizando el DX4WIN 9.0.3 con el Yaesu FT-991A y lo
reconoce sin ningún tipo de problema, si quieres te puedo enviar el fichero
del 991A para que lo añadas a la carpeta de RADIO.
