[Dx4win] Help with MMTTY

I cannot figure out how to have MMTTY activate PTT when running through
DX4Win.   When I run standalone MMTTY, I have access to "Radio Control"
through a button.   When I set my radio up there, the standalone version
keys the radio just fine.  However, when I call MMTTY through DX4Win, PTT
doesn't work (I have to do it manually).   I've looked through the
preferences for someway to set that up, but it escapes me.   Any ideas?
