[Dx4win] Confirm LoTW using ADIF file

This doesn't seem right. It should come up as the date of your last LOTW 
download because LOTW keeps track of your previous downloads.

Try changing the default date to some time before your very first QSO 
ever. This way, you will get a humongous ADIF file, but once you upload 
it to DX4Win, the already confirmed QSOs will be ignored and only the 
unconfirmed ones will be updated.
