[Dx4win] Inaccurate Rid Control

It seems like since my last DX4WIN 9 update, that it is not reading my
IC-7300 mode data correctly in real-time. I am getting FT8 any time the
radio is in USB mode. If I go into LSB the mode window switches to SSB. All
the other modes, CW RTTY, FM all show correctly in the DX4WIN mode cell. Go
back to USB and it shows and logs FT8. None of the settings in the 7300
have changed.
