If you don't want to update the file(lose your custom changes), then simply uncheck the box next to"Various Membership Lists for Packet" when you update.Also, every Custom Award release comes with a membership list for FOC.This is described on the webpage:https://ad1c.us/dx4win/awards/You will have to download the current ZIP file and extract the desiredlists from it.  Then you can import them into your own MembershipList.
