[Dx4win] Membership lists - how to control them properly !

Updating any data file in DX4WIN is simply an overwrite, not a merge.
That's just the way it works.  If you don't want to update the file
(lose your custom changes), then simply uncheck the box next to
"Various Membership Lists for Packet" when you update.

Also, every Custom Award release comes with a membership list for FOC.
This is described on the webpage:

You will have to download the current ZIP file and extract the desired
lists from it.  Then you can import them into your own Membership
List.  It's not described very well, and after sending this message,
I'll update the webpage.
