[Dx4win] Ext. Data (QRZ)xml Lookup

This is a strange setting.  It does not show up in any of the preferences.

Bring up the F3 window.  Right-click on it.  Make sure that "Automatic
Update" near the bottom is checked.  It took me several minutes to
remember where this setting lived.
