You need to update the Awards database (File | Awards).  Click on the
County tab.  In the "Confirmation" box in the upper-left, put a check
mark next to LoTW.

When it was run by CQ Magazine, USACA would accept eQSL confirmations,
but not LoTW confirmations.  I believe the award no longer requires
confirmations.  See:
