[Dx4win] Ext. Data (QRZ)xml Lookup

I have the QRZ xml account for callsign lookup. On my old Win 10 laptop,
with the F3 window open I have always been able to Page up or down and
watch the data up date for each QSO. Also if I double click on a different
QSO.
The new Win 11 machine isn't working that way. It only works when I double
click on a QSO and then open the F3 window. Once the F3 window is open, the
data won't change with page up/down or a double click on a new QSO. If I
close the F3 window and then reopen it on the new QSO, the data appears.
