[Dx4win] Update databases

I just tried my update. I have not updated the files in a while on one 
computer. It appeared that all the updates were listed. I unchecked List 
of DX Clusters and ran updates on all the other files. After it was 
done, I went back to check. The only thing listed was 'List of DX 
Clusters'. It's usually the only file wanting to be updated on my 
computers because I don't want to update and mess up my modified list.

So, that confirms to me that if a file doesn't need updating, it doesn't 
show up in the update box.

While I'd say that for any future updates it might be nice to have a "No updates found" message I think this current email thread is the only one mentioning the confusion since the new update system was implemented in 9.0. I can understand the confusion for a new user though.
