I don't see where the problem is with updates. Checking Jim's DX4Win 
page, the award database was last updated on August 25, 2025. The 
DX4WIN.CTY country file was last updated on September 5, 2025 (version 
entity check is Z3).

This seems to match what you guys are reporting. What's the issue?
