I keep all my uploads in a separate subfile (named LOTW) in my Windows
"Documents" file. This makes it easy to backup my various uploads by
just backing up the DOCUMENTS folder. I give it a user name of the
style "myrcallYYMMDD" so I know the upload date of the file. This is
easily done by "filtering" the desired records based on dates from the
DX4WIN master file. (Preferences in DX4WIN lets you chose filtering
"between" two dates.) Once filtered, if you want, you can apply the
"LOTW Upload Date" to the filtered records, save the filtered records
containing the LOTW upload date to the DX4WIN master, then EXPORT the
selected records to the LOTW subfile. That same file can be used to
perform ADIF uploads to eQSL, LoTW, and ClubLog if you load your logs to
more than one repository.
