No it's because the driver is not made for it

This Delphi driver is for max 57600 not 115200.

To be honest all baudrate above 38400 is only needed

If you are streaming  the panadapter but for CAT its overkill

And it is working at 115200. It's slow updating the frequency when you're
tuning but I suspect that would be the same if I changed the radio(  and my
other programs ) to 57600.
